Broussard Fire Department is a combination department. This means we serve the great City of Broussard utilizing a combination of volunteer firefighters and paid, part-time firefighters. Our paid staff is made up of dedicated members from the surrounding areas, most of which work for other full-time departments. This enables us to provide the best service possible with experienced personnel.
